Canopus

Canopus is a large planet situated far from its two suns and the planet surface is dark, cold and forbidding. The gravitational field is strong and has resulted in all animal life on Canopus being big and strong. Beneath the surface of Canopus exists a vastly different world. Huge caverns of immense proportions contain rivers, fertile lands, cities, mountain ranges and even an underground sea. All animal life evolved underground and is ideally suited to this enviornment in which it thrives. The rocks and soil of Canopus conain a strong phosperence which provides an excellent light source.

Canopus is populated by the Sirons who have given civilization 4th Dimensional Travel and Space-Time Navigation. Currently the Siron scientists are working on a theory of Universal Travel. Sirons tend to be introverted but are loyal friends. They stick to themselves and do not harass their neighbours.

Many of the space craft currently used by both The Galactic Patrol and the Overlords were adapted by the Dream World space engineers from concepts developed by Sironian designers.
