Elgan

Elgan is a young, fertile planet of very high mountain peaks and very deep oceans and rivers. It has a great diversity of wildlife and plants and is rich in a wide variety minerals, and in particular a wide variety of valuable gemstones.

Elgan is in an age in which a large area of the planet are covered in great sheets of ice. A war with The Clan of Mystral has been raging for years with Elgan sustaining damage in the form of pollution from missiles and bombs.

The signing of the Galactic Accord by both Elgan and Mystral has not had the effect of stopping the conflict.
