Vulcan
The Vulcans are an ancient race with a highly developed civilization. They are brilliant and inventive, but are somewhat lacking in ambition. This is of considerable relief to other less competent inhabitants of the Galaxy.
Vulcans and Humans have been allies since the days of the Old Empire. Vulcans are honest and incapable of telling untruths. They make excellent soldiers and chess players but poor politicians.
Vulcans live a simple life as they rely on mind power more so than machines. Vulcan is very mountainous with many active volcanos. Vulcan towns are built in valleys away from active volcanoes. Country is full of yellow smoke and vapour from volcanos. Cloudy sky which reflects volcanic fires.
Everland
The Krull of Everland are another ancient race that have largely outgrown the need for work and toil in their society. An enormous matter reorganiser powered by the energy of their solar systems' duel suns, provides whatever nourishment the Krull require whilst they are remain on Everland.
Everland is a large, dense planet that has gravity 2 times that of most other planets. Consequently the Krull are squat, powerful individuals, difficult to defeat in fights.
The Krull live in vast underground caverns made of a rich red rock, and rarely venture outside where it is desolate and wind-blown.
Elgan
The Massons of Elgan are a young race by our galactic timetable and were discovered as an intelligent race only recently. They are artistic and have given the Galaxy many of its great recent works of art.
The Massons are sworn enemies of The Clan of Mystral against whom they have fought several wars. They can change their appearance, are sneaky and make great spies.
Elgan is in an Ice Age with most of the Planet covered in snow and ice. Sky is permanently grey.
Canopus
The Sirons of Canopus have given civilization 4th Dimensional Travel and Spacewarp Navigation, and are currently working on a theory of Universal Travel. Sirons tend to be introverted but are loyal friends.
Many of the Spacecraft currently used by both the Galactic Patrol and the Overlords were adapted from concepts developed by Sironian space engineers.
Canopus is situated far from its two suns and is dark and cold. The landscape of Canopus is similar to that of many moons. Constant Overlords attacks have areas of the planet burning.
Earth
The Humans of Earth are a friendly but ambitious race inclined towards the peaceful, political domination of other races. Humans together with the Vulcans made many galactic discoveries and brought civilization to a number of races.
It is a source of annoyance to Humans that they were the ones responsible for assisting the Overlords of Mordor to develop a strong industrial and military infrastructure.
Earth has a blue atmosphere and oceans with white clouds.
Mystral
The Clan from Mystral are a race very similar to Humans and at about the same stage of development. The Clan deeply resent what they consider to be the attempts by Earth through the efforts of the Galactic Patrol to dominate the known Galaxy.
The Clan have one long term objective – to defeat The Galactic Patrol and conquer Earth.
Mystral is similar to Earth in appearance except that the sky and oceans are yellow.
Tarus
Taurans have for centuries lived and thrived by preying on other nearby cultures. Their Home Planet Tarus is a treasure house of precious metals and gems. Taurans live for the moment and have little sense of good and evil.
However do not underestimate them - they are clever, cunning and totally ruthless.
Tarus is barren, hilly and desert like. The Tauran sky is blue.
Vega
The Vegans are a proud and honourable race who were initially allied with the Galactic Patrol but became disillusioned with what they considered to be preferential treatment given to Humans and Vulcans in developing trade relations with newly discovered planets.
As Vega is a barren planet situated in a dying solar system with few natural resources the Vegans are desperate to colonise other planets. They see their best course of achieving this to be in alliance with the Overlords group of planets.
Vegans live underground in great cities. The surface of the planet now has almost no atmosphere and is continually bombarded by meteorites and rocks from space. As well as this, The Galactic Patrol are constantly bombing Vega. Fires burn uncontrolled on the surface. The Vegan sky is black.
Mordor
The Overlords of Mordor are feared by all other races. They are an attractive race of beings who are also very intelligent. They work together very well to achieve their common goals.
For centuries they conquered and enslaved their neighbours. But do not be taken in by appearances – the Overlords of Mordor are very dangerous and are feared by all, even their friends.
Mordor has blue oceans and a pink/orange sky. It has beautiful trees and plants and exotic wildlife abounds.
Alpha
The Immortals of Alpha have for centuries been the arch-enemies of the Vulcans. Believed to have come originally from Vulcan, and are similar to Vulcans in appearance, The Immortals are fierce fighters and build great space craft.
The Immortals are greatly feared as they never take prisoners. All enemy captured are killed.
Alpha has many large cities and is very colourless. Its oceans are grey and the sky is always covered in grey clouds.
