Space Pirates

Space Piracy is a robbery committed in space, by an agent without a commission from a sovereign planet. Space piracy against transport craft remains a significant issue (with estimated galactic losses of $13 to $16 trillion per year, particularly in the space sectors around Alpha and Mordor.

A recent[1] surge in space piracy off Adventure Planet El Dorado spurred The Galactic Patrol to establish an anti-piracy squadron of fast warcraft of the Cruiser class. This appears to have reduced the incidence of space piracy.

The Jolly Roger is the traditional flag of space pirates throughout the Milky Way Galaxy.
